Provider - Terms & Conditions

ABOUT US is a website operated by Buzzoola Ltd which is registered in England and Wales under company number 9500428 and has its registered office at The White House, Mill Road, Goring on Thames, Reading, Berkshire, England RG8 9DD. This is a correspondence address only.

Our website enables visitors to browse thousands of craft courses, artisan workshops and creative classes. Course Providers can then be contacted directly to book a course or to find further information.

All communication and transactions occur between learners and the course provider. We do not take part in any transactions or negotiations.

The course provider is responsible for the accuracy and copyright clearance for any content used for their course listing or advertisement and agrees to keep their content true and accurate and any links within up to date.

The course provider agrees to list only courses that they themselves provide and not to allow anyone outside its own organisation to use its login details.

We reserve the right at any time to refuse or remove any content submitted by a course provider if we feel that it is in any way inappropriate or inaccurate. However, we shall also notify the course provider if we become aware of an allegation that their content may be inappropriate or inaccurate.

The maximum number of listings the course provider can list is set out in the description of each membership plan or as otherwise agreed in writing by us.

The course provider shall indemnify us against all damages, losses and expenses arising as a result of any action or claim that their content or any other material posted to, or linked to, the site constitutes inappropriate content.

The course provider retains all Intellectual Property Rights to their uploaded content and grants us a non-exclusive licence to such intellectual property rights. This licence includes the right to use or copy the intellectual property, whether for marketing purposes or otherwise.

We are committed to promoting inclusive practices for all, and we expect all our craft providers advertising on our website to provide a learning environment that is free from judgement or bias, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, disability, gender identity or age.

If certain disability or physical challenges could be a barrier to participation, we would expect the course provider to make reasonable adaptations to allow safe inclusion for all, but if this is not possible, to make any limitations clear in advance.

In the event of any extended disruption to our site, we may credit the course provider with the proportion of the advertising costs for the time period off-line. This is, however, not an obligation.

In no conceivable circumstances will we be liable for any loss of revenue, data or goodwill.

We warrant that, to the extent we hold any personal data on behalf of the course provider, we shall only act on instruction from the course provider or appropriate law enforcement agencies and will store the personal data securely.
