It is ideal for those already teaching with no formal qualifications or those looking to enter the post-16 education sector. This qualification is the bench mark qualification when starting to teach in adult education. Covering the principles of inclusive teaching and assessment, this is the ideal first step qualification to enhance your skills or change career. The QNUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is a replacement for the commonly titled qualification “Preparing to teaching in the Lifelong learning sector” or “PTLLS”. Why train with us? You do not need any previous outdoor qualifications to attend this course but must be personally proficient in your chosen outdoor activity specialism. First Aid Instructor - Using your current skills and qualifications to learn and develop your instructional techniques within first aid training course delivery. You will leave with a relevant teaching qualification, observations and further first aid industry knowledge, giving you a step up towards delivering your own courses. You are required to provide a first aid qualification (or higher) that is must still in date by the end of the L3 AET course.
