You will spend the day designing and lasering your own pieces. We will explore a variety of materials and work in 2D and relief and even 3D too! You don't need any prior knowledge or experience, as I will take you through every step. I know you will be really impressed and proud of everything you produce, and you'll be coming away with a range of pieces. The absolute joy of lasering is that you can create quality, precision work from just an idea. The laser engraver and laser cutter do all the hard work for you! The workshop involves learning to - use drawing software (CAD) to create designs. - set up and send jobs to the Laser. - experiment with different materials and thicknesses that can be lasered. - post laser finishes and construction of any multi component pieces / 3D. With this form of manufacturing getting more and more accessible, you may even be scouring eBay by the end of the day!
