You will learn how to warp, wind and thread up a rigid heddle loom, hem stitch your creation and how to finish your fabric so that it can be used long into the future. We will cover why tension is one of the most important parts of weaving and what the difference is between a warp and a weft. This is a great introduction to weaving and a perfect starting point for creating your own fabrics in a fun and friendly atmosphere where you should leave feeling confident in being able to set up and weave on a rigid heddle loom. The course runs over 8 consecutive Wednesday evenings 6:20 - 8:30pm
